The Kosme Jetclean series has been designed to meet the very latest in cleaning
demands and needs. All Jetclean rotating
and automatic rinsing machines/sterilizers/
blowers can handle glass, plastic or
ceramic bottles of any shape or size.
To deal with these conditions, the
machine is entirely made of stainless
steel, with self-lubricating parts.
A key element is the gripper, which
automatically seizes the bottle by
its neck, carries it past the spraying
nozzle and replaces it in vertical
position on the exit belt. The machines
can process from 1000 bottles/hour
up to 60000 bottles/hour maximum. |
