Kosme’s Modular machines are the result of extensive research into the cutting-edge
technologies available today and offer
the following features:
• Motorised labelling units for quick
and precise automatic format change.
• Vario-compartment universal starwheels for loading
and unloading the machine without changing the infeed/outfeed
starwheels and the central separator, thus reducing the
operator’s job to simple adjustment operations.
• Electronic cams, with stepper motors,
allowing a different rotation for each
bottle size that is processed, with
optical and mechanical centering and
smoothing which can be customised for
specific containers. This system means
that 99 different formats can be processed.
The “modular” characteristic (which
gives the possibility of connecting
the units required in combined cold
glue/adhesive mode processing according
to production requirements) makes it
possible to considerably reduce the
overall dimensions of the machine.
It also makes its positioning in the
production line easier, thus providing
excellent accessibility both for format
change operations and maintenance-cleaning.
Thanks to it’s excellent applicational
flexibility, the machine is especially
suited for installation in lines where
combined labeling methods are required
(adhesive/cold glue) which would traditionally
be performed by two or more labeling
machines and wherever medium/high production
output speeds are needed (13,000 - 46,000
bph). |
